Your Partner in Compassionate Care
Care Scope provides individual tailored services to those aged 18+ with learning and physical disabilities, autism, complex and additional needs. We are committed to providing person centred care, and bespoke packages of support in order to meet each individual’s needs.
We work alongside families, and the integrated learning disability services to further meet and understand each individuals needs and how we can best support them.
Our compassionate and highly trained staff are there to deliver care to each individual in line with their care plans. We believe in promoting independence by encouraging service users to learn and develop new skills and abilities.
Our aim is to enable those we care for, get opportunities and experiences of leading an ordinary life within their communities.
